What We Bring

Professional heated massage table

Fully adjustable, clinic-grade. The heating pad is built in, so your table is warm when you lie down.

Hypoallergenic massage lotions

Unscented or lightly scented options. Note sensitivities in the intake form and we will bring a suitable product.

Fresh linens every session

Clean sheets, face cradle cover, and towels laundered between every appointment.

Ambient music

Optional. If you prefer silence or your own playlist, just say so.

Bolsters and supports

Proper positioning support for prone and supine positions.

RMT receipt

Issued after every session. Includes CMTO number, date, duration, services, and amount.

Very little. The requirements for a home visit are minimal.

A clear 10x10 ft space

A living room, bedroom, or spare room typically works. You do not need to permanently move furniture.

A warm room

Around 20-22 degrees Celsius. The table has a heating pad, but a cold room can counter that.

Arrival and setup (10-15 min)
Josh Kennedy arrives at your door, sets up the table, and gets organized. You do not need to do anything during setup.

Intake conversation
A brief conversation about your health history, current pain points, and what you want from today. For returning clients, a check-in on how you have been.

The session
You lie on the heated table, covered by a sheet. Only the area being worked on is uncovered. Communication is encouraged throughout.

Post-session
A few minutes to reorient. Drink water. Rest if you want. The therapist breaks down the table. Your receipt is issued before departure.

How long is setup and teardown?

About 10-15 minutes each. Your booked time is treatment time.

What if I live in a small apartment?

Most apartments work fine. A clear 10x10 space is the main requirement. Describe your space in the booking form and we will confirm.

What do I wear?

Whatever is comfortable. You will be draped with a sheet throughout the session.

Can I book for a specific condition?

Yes. The intake form has a notes field. Describe what is going on and the right service tier will be confirmed before your session.
